Complete that survey!

VA encourages all Veterans to complete a VA survey to provide important feedback on the services we provide. We want your positive and negative feedback.

Getting feedback from the Veterans we serve helps us to know how well we are doing and where we might need to improve our services. If you have recently received a survey, here’s how you can help us.

As part of our focus on providing the “Best Care Anywhere,” VA sends out a Survey of Healthcare Experiences of Patients, or SHEP for short. These surveys are sent to randomly selected Veterans.

The Walla Walla VA wants your opinion about the VA healthcare you have received. Look for your healthcare experience survey in your mail or email and a take a few minutes to complete it. Did you have a good visit? Let us know! And if you feel there is room for improvement, we want to know that too.

Thank you for investing your time in completing the survey and giving us your honest opinion. We count on you as our partner to make VA healthcare “The Best Care Anywhere”.

If you have questions about the Veterans’ SHEP survey, ask a VA staff member or visit https://www.accesstocare.va.gov.

Your healthcare matters to us. And we are committed to making your experience even better.
